This program is vital for those looking for a longterm goal. Muscle building in the short term can be difficult, so I create plans in this 24 week format for those looking to build a new body. Here the training plans are updated monthly, and we will have 1-2x video calls per month where we can discuss any concerns/ideas you have.
We will always be in contact via the MyPtHub app. You will receive a nutrition plan that updates and changes monthly based on where we are in terms of your goals. This plan is optimal for those looking to build muscle and shred down via a long term plan.
