Warum bin ich nach Deutschland gezogen? Mein Traum war es, die Welt zu bereisen, und bisher habe ich über 20 Länder besucht, viele neue Freunde gefunden, zahlreiche neue Erfahrungen gesammelt und vor allem verschiedene Trainingsstile und -techniken erlernt, um den Bedürfnissen aller Arten von Menschen gerecht zu werden. Coaching Stages
Communication is key
In the first week I will assess your strength through a custom plan and by doing so wewill understand strengths and weaknesses in the gym. Once I have an overview ofyour strength, I will create a month of training dedicated for helping you shed bodyfat. Outside of the gym is also important, your diet plan will also be customised.
Stage 2:
Diets are boring
That is why this month I will introduce alternatives for your meals to spice things up.You will have 3 or 4 healthy meal alternatives for each meal that will help you slimdown, but most importantly taste great. We will also spice up the training program. Iwill introduce supersets, droplets and cluster sets to help keep you motivated andchallenged.
Stage: 3
On to the finish line
The last month and we will make sure you finish with the best results possible. Like the previous months, your diet plan will be changed to your liking and the most crucial aspect is the workouts will remain challenging. We will finish strong and push you towards the best physique possible.
